Description: Yoga is a space where one can be at peace with oneself emotionally, mentally, physically and most importantly spiritually. Regular practice of Yoga not only increases muscular strength but improves energy level, vitality, sense of self-discipline, self-awareness, self- confidence. On 21st of June 2018 the students of Waverley celebrated International Day of Yoga. Mrs. Sunita Negi conducted the programme where various asanas were performed by the participating students. That day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and fervour.
